BYD Warranty

The BYD Battery Limited Warranty covers the Battery-Box Premium LVS series, including LVS 4.0, LVS 8.0, LVS 12.0, LVS 16.0, LVS 20.0, and LVS 24.0 low-voltage lithium iron phosphate batteries for 10 years, ensuring at least 60% of nominal energy retention under specified operating conditions. The warranty includes options for replacement, repair, or compensation for defects in materials and workmanship, provided the batteries are used and installed according to BYD's guidelines. Exclusions apply for improper installation, use with incompatible inverters, unauthorized modifications, and damages caused by natural disasters. This warranty is applicable globally, offering additional protections as specified in local consumer law regulations.
