Goodwe Warranty

The GoodWe Battery Limited Warranty covers the Lynx Series LX F 9.6-H-20, LX F 12.8-H-20, LX F 16.0-H-20, LX F 19.2-H-20, LX F 22.4-H-20, LX F 25.6-H-20, and LX F 28.8-H-20 high-voltage lithium-ion batteries for 10 years, guaranteeing at least 70% of nominal energy retention or specified energy throughput. The warranty includes options for replacement, repair, or compensation for defects in materials and workmanship, provided the batteries are used and installed according to GoodWe's guidelines. Exclusions apply for improper installation, use with incompatible inverters, unauthorized repairs, and natural disasters. This warranty is governed by Australian law, providing additional rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
