BYD Warranty

The warranty includes options for replacement, repair, or compensation for defects in materials and workmanship, provided the batteries are used and installed according to BYD's guidelines. Exclusions apply for improper installation, use with incompatible inverters, unauthorized modifications, and damages caused by natural disasters. This warranty is applicable globally, offering additional protections as specified in local consumer law regulations.
