This battery system supports a depth of discharge (DOD) of up to 100%, ensuring optimal use of its 3.2 kWh capacity.

Sungrow Warranty

The Sungrow Battery Limited Warranty covers the SBR096, SBR128, SBR160, SBR192, SBR224, and SBR256 high voltage lithium-ion batteries for 10 years, guaranteeing at least 70% of nominal energy retention or specified energy throughput. It does not cover the single 3.2kWh module as there are additional components that are needed to make up a battery system that is detailed in the data sheet and listed in the warranty documentation. Please ensure your final battery system meets these requirements for the warranty to be applicable. The warranty includes options for replacement, repair, or compensation for defects in materials and workmanship, provided the batteries are used and installed according to Sungrow's guidelines. Exclusions apply for improper installation, use with incompatible power conversion systems (PCS), unauthorized repairs, and natural disasters. This warranty is governed by Australian law, providing additional rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
